"Fly! No Matter What" took off in April, 2011 and finished the cruise in the summer of 2012. During this period, the "Weather Group," a temporary team formed by members from the artist group Luxury Logico and the Taishin Arts Foundation, visited 258 elementary schools and collected drawings from 37,200 children, making them a three-dimensional animated weather bird. As a member of the Weather Group comments on their exhaustive trips to schools in urban and rural areas, "Every time when we stepped into a classroom, our fatigue was quickly replaced by excitement and joy. The smiles of all the little painters constantly moved us. Their inspiring words also encouraged us to reflect on ourselves and savor all those stories that happened in every corner of Taiwan."
